This air conditioner is amazing. We were worried about its ability to cool our room with vaulted ceilings, but it works incredibly well. It can quickly bring the temperature down from 90 to 75 in about 10 minutes, even in our 1400sq ft house with high ceilings. We also use the vent system to cool the entire area and our garage. It was a bit difficult to assemble, especially with the extra bracket we bought, but it was worth it. It arrived slightly damaged, but it still works perfectly. It's a lifesaver for us living in the mountains at 7500 feet with lots of windows.

This unit is great at cooling our downstairs. We didn't experience any damage issues when it arrived. However, the instructions are terrible. It's heavy, and although my husband can lift it alone, it's best to work together to maneuver it into place. It's not too loud for a window A/C, but we do need to turn the TV up a little since it's right next to where we sit. Overall, we're very satisfied with it.
