This air conditioner is fantastic! It effectively cools our entire downstairs from our dining room, and it quickly reaches a cold temperature. It's not too noisy and was relatively easy to install.

I have used a lot of window air conditioners in our 3 story home, mainly Samsung and Impecca. However, when I needed a 15000 BTU and couldn't find one at the home center, I ordered an Impecca from a seller. It was delivered right to my front door, making it extremely convenient. I was so pleased with the first one that I ordered a second one. Both arrived in perfect condition and were easy to install. They are quiet and cool the room well. I highly recommend them.

I was on the verge of tears when my living room AC stopped working right before a 5-day heat wave. Our house gets very hot in the sun and we only had one 15000 btu AC to keep us cool. We keep it on all summer to make sure the inside never gets above 78 degrees. With the pandemic and our health concerns, we couldn't go to stores to get a new one. Thankfully, my son found a new AC online. I was worried about the manufacturer's delivery date being 9 days out, but it arrived at our door in just 2 days! We hired two people to install it, and they were quick and wore masks. I feel incredibly grateful to everyone involved in getting us a new AC. Thank you to God, the online seller, Impecca, Cyber Savings, my son, and the installers. I am truly blessed.
