I utilize this air conditioner in conjunction with a Cool Bot to create a refrigerated walk-in environment for my milk. It reliably maintains a temperature of 34 degrees and quickly restores the temperature after the door is opened and the room warms up. I am satisfied with my purchase.

This product is excellent, but it is important to note that it requires a 220V outlet, not the standard 115V. We had to make the switch in order to use it, but overall it works great.

The AC is excellent at cooling my 1800sqft space, bringing the temperature down from 85 to 71 within an hour. However, I have noticed that the machine has become noisier in the two months since its installation, although it is not unbearable. The installation process was a bit of a chore, as it required removing the metal case and installing the shell into the window before sliding the unit back into the shell. Additionally, drilling into the window plate was necessary, and I would recommend adding extra support on the outside, as there is about 3 feet that would be hanging unsupported.

Their energy use and rating is also very good, as two of these units running regularly only increased my power bill by about 10%. This is much better than my previous single, window unit with fewer BTUs and less cooling power. Considering their BTUs/power, these units are fairly quiet. Of course, they could be quieter, but for the level of cooling they offer, the noise is very acceptable. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because their automated temperature regulators are not calibrated appropriately.
