The installation is a bit challenging due to the weight of the A/C, but it comes with support brackets for the outside wall. However, I purchased a separate brace which works very well. The remote thermostat works well within a 20-foot range and helps maintain the temperature better. The only downside is the tiny LEDs used to indicate the mode and fan speed, which can be difficult to see from a distance. Overall, I would recommend this A/C to anyone looking to cool about 3 connected rooms.

However, when I called Impecca, they promptly sent out a repairman who discovered that a noise dampener had come off and got stuck in the fan, causing the issue. It was a quick fix, and there have been no other problems since. The machine cools very well.
