    We are very satisfied with the AC as it is exactly what we needed and has been working great in our large upstairs loft room. Our only issue was with the shipping, as it arrived later than promised and had some damage to the control panel and coils. Despite this, we were able to make it work and it is keeping the room cool, as intended. We believe the shipping could have been handled more carefully.
