    mediocre title, inadequate guidance

The fedX unit arrived at 1 p.m. and was set up and running by 2 p.m. The original temperature in the living/dining room was 87 degrees, but by 3 p.m. it had dropped to 75 degrees, which is where I set the unit. It puts out really cold air. I deducted one star because the instructions were very poor, both in print and online. Eventually, we gave up trying to follow them and figured it out ourselves, which wasn't too difficult except for the sill supports. Once it was set up, it was easy to use - just slide the unit into the frame, plug it in, and start it up. It is also quiet, especially compared to our old Impecca unit. The frame is a great addition, making it much easier to position and visualize the parts. Overall, I would have rated it 2 stars without the frame, but with it, and with the help of my 10-year-old daughter, it was a much easier task.
