I replaced an Impecca 12k btu with this 15k btu on the first day and so far it's been super quiet and works perfectly. The installation manual is terrible and requires some mechanical sense to install, but don't be defeated by the instructions. It's worth it to make it work. Overall, it's been wonderful.

The air conditioner is great, but it is difficult to install without help. It took two of us over 2 hours to remove and install components. Overall, it's a great machine, but installation is a pain.
