The bars and AC housing have mismatched attachment holes, causing none of the screws to fit properly. I had to use Styrofoam insulation to force the side attachments into place.

I am a fan of my Window Air Conditioner. Once installed, it looks fantastic in the window and isn't too noisy. I've recommended it to others and would definitely purchase it again. It was easy to install and has helped me save money on my electric bill.
