The item arrived with a large dent on the back, but it was functional so I didn't return it since I needed it right away, living in Florida.

The performance has been satisfactory so far. It is a bit noisy, but I have a cool room so it doesn't bother me. I cannot speak to its energy efficiency on an electric bill as I am not using it regularly. However, I have plenty of batteries so the energy consumption is not an issue for me.

The installation process was more difficult than I anticipated because I had to remove the outer enclosure in order to install the top rail and side pieces for the expansion sides. I also had to screw the screws from the inside out, which was not clearly stated in the instruction book. It would have been helpful if the factory had already done this. Despite the challenging installation, the unit has been working well for the past two days, but I'll have to wait and see how it holds up in the long run.
