The air conditioner is great, but it is difficult to install without help. It took two of us over 2 hours to remove and install components. Overall, it's a great machine, but installation is a pain.

I love how I can turn on the app from anywhere, so my living room can cool down before I get there. It's great for pet owners or anyone who wants to come home to a cool place. It cools down my living room very quickly!

I live in Palm Springs where the temperatures often reach the triple digits, but today was 96F and I have been enjoying a comfortable 70F all day. Now that it's nighttime, I even need to reach for a blanket. I didn't think this AC would be able to cool our open floor plan, but it's been great. If the estimated energy costs hold true, I would give it a 10/10. It runs very quietly. My only suggestion would be not to buy the Impecca AC brace that the seller recommends, as it comes with satisfactory brackets. The recommended add-on is being returned.
