This wall-mounted AC unit comes with a remote control for adjusting settings. It has a 14,000 BTU capacity and requires a 114 plug. It is designed for wall installation and may not be adaptable for window use. It is heavy and requires two people for installation. The air conditioner provides very cold air and effective heating when adjusted.

I have been searching for a new in-wall air conditioner for my mom's rent stabilized apartment, as her current one does not effectively regulate the temperature. I came across this unit and it has been a game changer. It has both air conditioning and heat functions, which is extremely convenient for the fluctuating temperatures in her apartment. The air conditioning is powerful, providing 14,000 BTU's, and the heat function works perfectly. The unit also comes with a remote and an easy-to-use LCD screen. It's been the perfect choice for her apartment.

This unit is reasonably priced compared to other brands and is also durable and energy efficient. The installation was straightforward, although it took a bit longer for me as I needed 114v power in my garage. The compressor operates quietly and provides strong cooling, and the blower fan works exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend this product.

This item requires a separate plug to be installed and cannot be used with a normal outlet. It is very large and produces a strong airflow.

The air conditioner I received was severely damaged in shipping, but the company was very responsive and promptly sent me a replacement after I sent them pictures of the damage. I found them to be very easy to work with and was pleased with their service. The new air conditioner was easy to install and is working properly.

I found that these through the wall AC units can be expensive compared to window units, but the Impecca was the most affordable option when I needed a replacement. It fit perfectly in the sleeve and is quieter than my old unit. It works just as well as I expected and was better priced than other similar units.
