The air conditioning performs well during the hot Texas summers, and we plan to upgrade the heating unit for the winter.

I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and appearance of this product. It looks fantastic in my wall sleeve. However, I encountered a challenge during installation as I had to cut two holes in the trim frame for the electric cord. It took me approximately 4 hours to ensure it fit perfectly, as my AC was smaller than the sleeve. Despite my efforts to find a through the wall AC that met specific size requirements, I had to improvise with what I had. Ultimately, I am satisfied with my new Impecca AC.

Our initial concerns about the air conditioner were resolved when we realized that the old 220 volt unit was sharing an outlet. After installing the new conditioner on its own dedicated line, it is now functioning perfectly. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

The main issue with this product was that it did not come with a sleeve, which was not specified in the initial purchase. We had to temporarily install it and then order the sleeve separately, which was quite inconvenient, especially with the hot weather conditions.
