I just received an email from Amazon saying that my AC was shipped, but it's already installed in my wall. I ordered it late on Tuesday and had it by noon on Wednesday. It seems I live very close to the distribution warehouse. The AC works great, especially on auto mode. It cooled the room down quickly and was quiet enough to sleep through the night. I only looked for a certain size and voltage with a remote when I ordered it, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it came with foam to create a good seal and even included batteries for the remote. It's great value for the price.

I purchased this unit just before Thanksgiving last year and didn't use it until today. I am very pleased with its performance - it's much quieter than my previous one. A few of my neighbors in the apartment building also have Arctic Kings. I chose this one because it was on sale and I noticed other stores were starting to carry Impecca. Overall, I feel like I got a great deal.

This A/C unit is perfect. It fits perfectly in our wall opening and looks great. It works great and keeps my entire apartment at a cool 70��. It doesn't make any weird noises or vibrations. It's one of my favorite purchases. There have been many days where I walk in and the cold air hits me and I think, Thank God I ordered that A/C. I give it an A+ rating.

We purchased this unit approximately two weeks ago to replace our broken in-unit air conditioner. We were able to easily install it in the existing sleeve, despite it being smaller than the previous unit. The foam provided with the unit allowed us to securely fill in the gaps on the sides. The frame covers all the insulation perfectly, and the unit produces very cold air. The remote control is also very convenient. We will provide an update if the unit malfunctions.

This AC unit is of good quality and operates quietly and effectively. While the Frigidaire may have more features, both units offer comparable performance. The filters and covers are also easy to clean.

The A/C unit works well, but the remote control has limited response. We have other Impecca units in the house that are quieter and better than other brands, but all of them have sub-par remote control functionality.
