Now, I need to buy a new unit, but I can't find one in the right size. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a different brand that fits my needs. I also agree that these units are noisy. -

It effectively cools the upstairs loft of my cabin during hot summer days, unlike my previous Fedders unit which was not able to do the job. I even find myself using the energy saver mode at times because it gets so cool up there, even when it's 90 degrees outside. Impecca has definitely dominated the market in terms of value for wall unit ACs. -

The installation was quick and easy, but did require two people. The unit is heavy, but manageable with two people. The remote control works well as long as there is a direct line of sight. It effectively cools and reduces humidity, even in extreme weather conditions. The display and on-unit controls are user-friendly. The filter can be a bit sticky, but cleaning is simple and the unit alerts you when it needs to be cleaned. Overall, it's a great unit for the price. My energy bill did increase, but that was expected. I would recommend this unit to others based on my experience. -

The controls on the unit itself are easy to use. I am pleased with this product for use in apartments and plan to purchase more in the future.
