The Fed Ex delivery driver provided great assistance and the package arrived in perfect condition. The installation process was relatively simple, requiring the installation of some foam pieces and sliding the unit in place. It operates quietly and effectively cools my 700 sq ft apartment, which is divided into 2 large rooms. I am very pleased with its performance, as it even cools the bedroom to some extent. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product.

I recently installed this item in a rental unit, and it is my second one. I had a minor issue with a broken unit during the shipping process, but overall I am pleased with the product. I even ordered a third unit to replace another failed one, and it is still working well.

I am so relieved to have this installed. It is much more efficient than the window unit I used to have. I use a Vornado to blow air towards the middle of the house, and it really makes a difference in how many square feet I can actually cool. So far, this unit is wonderful.

I am really impressed with this 14000BTU wall mount air conditioner. It has the power to cool our kitchen-living room area, which has a shared pointed ceiling measuring 25x25. It operates on a dedicated circuit and has different controls compared to our old GE unit, so be sure to read the instructions. The only downside is that the speed settings - high, medium, and low - don't seem to have a significant difference, with it feeling like it's on high all the time. We previously purchased a 10000BTU, 110v unit from somewhere else but it couldn't cool effectively and was also more expensive. I highly recommend going for a 220v unit. As for energy usage, it's an air conditioner, so they all use a lot of energy.
