I replaced my 30 year old Kenmore AC/Heater wall unit with this one, thinking it would be a major improvement. Unfortunately, it's barely quieter and takes hours to cool my 300 sq ft room. The remote control interface is also lacking, as it only displays the current temperature in Follow me mode and the unit itself never shows the room temp. It's too costly to uninstall and return, but if I had known then what I know now, I wouldn't have purchased it.
