I recently got this lens and it seems promising so far. I'm using it with a Sony RX100 and the images may not be as high-quality as a DSLR, but it looks like I can still get good magnification and clarity. I took some practice shots using aperture priority at f11, manual focus, and zoomed in. Overall, I'm optimistic about the capabilities of this lens.

This adapter has been a game-changer for my photography. It allows me to do macro photography without investing in an expensive macro lens. It's much more convenient than using extension tubes, as it can be easily attached and detached from the camera. It's also compact and compatible with any camera, so I don't have to worry about compatibility issues. I can use it with all of my lenses to achieve different magnifications. However, I have noticed that it causes high chromatic aberration in high-contrast pictures, which can be difficult to edit out. The depth of field is extremely thin, especially at its limits, so focus stacking is necessary for a wider depth of field. Despite these drawbacks, I love using this adapter and have had fun exploring macro photography in my own home and yard.

The lens performs well, but some lenses may experience vignetting. It's important to ensure that the DCR-250 is centered on the lens when attaching it, as off-center attachment can exacerbate vignetting.

After watching a video recommendation for my 60mm m.zuiko, I purchased this lens along with an adapter. However, I later learned that I could have bought a whole set of diopters for the price of the adapter. It seems like a cheaper option.

The lens is fantastic.

I was blown away by the amazing abilities of the Raynox DCR-150, which is why I knew I had to have the 250 version before they become more popular and the price goes up. The depth of field is narrower than the 150, but the magnification it provides is almost microscopic, which is perfect for my camera. I had no trouble using it with my Aperture Pro Light Ring, and the glass quality is outstanding with no chromatic aberrations in either the 150 or 250 models.

The camera produced high-quality close-up shots with sharp focus.

I am using this item with a Nikon Coolpix P510 point and shoot camera. The lens screws into the included body, and then the body clips onto the front of the camera like a lens cap. It is pretty secure unless you bump it hard. I mainly use this for shooting pictures of coins in macro mode. The magnification truly enhances the photo quality and allows for a more distant focus range. If you shoot macro, this is a great budget way to improve your shots without having to be right on top of the subject. I am also working on piecing together a bellows setup for my stationary macro needs for coins imaging.
