We were looking for a silent system that could efficiently cool the lower floor, and this machine exceeds our expectations. It also comes with a variety of great extra features. We highly recommend it!

We are very satisfied with the 15,000 btu unit as it effectively cools our three downstairs rooms (about 800 sq ft) and operates quietly. We have no complaints whatsoever.
