The item weighs almost 80 pounds, so it almost required two people for installation. I replaced my old Impecca with this one, and it fit right in. It's a bit noisier than my old Impecca when it kicks on, but it runs quietly for the most part. The remote didn't work, so I contacted the seller for a replacement and am waiting for a reply. Considering that I live in a rural area, the free shipping made the price comparable and saved me the hassle of getting it from the store to my house.
