The product seems good and is easy to install. The instructions were helpful.

The installation of the oven was easy and there were no issues with the product.

I received many complaints about the installation of the microwave, but I personally did not have any issues. It took me some time to locate the studs in the wall, but once I found them, I taped up the template, marked the holes, and installed the back support bar. I also used the template to mark the top bolt holes and drilled them. Luckily, my previous power cord hole was in the correct position, so I didn't need to cut out a new hole. The microwave slid into the back support bar easily and I inserted the top bolts. We were replacing a high-end Whirlpool convection microwave that stopped working after 5 years. I was very disappointed with the Whirlpool, but I'm pleased with this new microwave. It may be basic, but it has more cooking power, looks great, and has been operating perfectly for the past 2 weeks. It even cooks a 3 oz. bag of popcorn 1 minute faster than our old Whirlpool. The two-speed fan works well and the over-the-stove light is very bright. Overall, I am very pleased with the new microwave. I just need to remember to reduce the cooking time from what we were used to. Additionally, this microwave allows the timer to be used while cooking, which isn't the case with several other brands in this price range.

The microwave is very quiet, which I love.
