The wire attached to the diode malfunctioned 20 months after I bought it. I'm disappointed and had high expectations for the product's durability. Now I'm searching for a new one and will steer clear of this brand in the future.

I preferred the microwave, however, it has an all-white interior instead of the advertised stainless steel interior. The picture also showed stainless steel, but it is not as advertised.

Suction and Turntable Problems

The microwave looks great, but the turntable wasn't working right away. We had to buy a new plastic ring with wheels to make it rotate. The suction is also not very effective, even though it was professionally installed and checked by our contractor. We have it venting externally through the roof.
