The microwave was the expected size and required wiring for installation. The top template for the bolts was off by 1 inch, and only two toggle bolts were provided. We had to purchase two additional bolts to make it more sturdy, as there was only one stud available. It took three of us to install the microwave, and it took 8-9 hours to complete. However, now that it's up, it cooks thoroughly and the fan circulates well. The lights on the cook surface are bright, and it fits well with my other appliances. It has a nice overhead look and frees up counter space.

We purchased this microwave to replace our old one that stopped working after ten years. It is a very stylish and easy to clean microwave. The installation process was not too difficult, but it did require some time and a few adjustments. The instructions could have been better. The microwave has a vent fan and a replaceable filter. The only issue we have is that when you set the kitchen timer, you cannot use the microwave at the same time, as it disrupts the timer. Overall, it is a good product.

The drawer opens and closes, and the numbers countdown, but it does not heat up the food unless the door is pressed manually. However, Impecca eventually communicated with me and sent a new unit to replace the damaged one. The new unit was sent to me within days of our conversation, and the customer service representative I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. The new unit will be installed in the upcoming days, and the company has been sensitive to my needs. The installation process was not too difficult, but it is important to plan for an hour. The quality of the build is acceptable for the price. However, the issue I encountered is that I ordered a 24" product to fit a 24" space with cupboards on each side, as I assume most people would do. Unfortunately, the door opens and hinges beyond the 24" and hits my cupboard door. This flaw in the door design was not apparent until after the installation was complete.

The microwave is much cheaper than the name brands, but it has some imperfections like the door being slightly off and scratches on the top. It was only $300, so I didn't make a big fuss about it. The microwave looks great, but the turntable wasn't working right away. We had to buy a new plastic ring with wheels to make it rotate. The suction is also not very effective, even though it was professionally installed and checked by our contractor. We have it venting externally through the roof.

I replaced an old Impecca with a new Impecca. I was hoping the mounting bracket from the old unit would work on the new unit since it was already bolted to the wall. It was the same, which was good. I did have to drill new holes in the top cupboard though as they were in a different orientation.

I received many complaints about the installation of the microwave, but I personally did not have any issues. It took me some time to locate the studs in the wall, but once I found them, I taped up the template, marked the holes, and installed the back support bar. I also used the template to mark the top bolt holes and drilled them. Luckily, my previous power cord hole was in the correct position, so I didn't need to cut out a new hole. The microwave slid into the back support bar easily and I inserted the top bolts. We were replacing a high-end Whirlpool convection microwave that stopped working after 5 years. I was very disappointed with the Whirlpool, but I'm pleased with this new microwave. It may be basic, but it has more cooking power, looks great, and has been operating perfectly for the past 2 weeks. It even cooks a 3 oz. bag of popcorn 1 minute faster than our old Whirlpool. The two-speed fan works well and the over-the-stove light is very bright. Overall, I am very pleased with the new microwave. I just need to remember to reduce the cooking time from what we were used to. Additionally, this microwave allows the timer to be used while cooking, which isn't the case with several other brands in this price range.

I absolutely love this microwave. It has worked perfectly for the first few months, and it's a great indication of its quality. I personally don't think it's any louder than other microwaves. However, I have noticed that the blower runs even when only the microwave is on, which is a bit unusual. Despite being affordable, it is not cheaply made and has a very stylish appearance, especially considering it's a 1600 watt unit.
