The item was delivered with a dent on the outer case and I reached out to Customer Services. They offered a discount which I accepted, saving $90. It was all sorted out quickly. The cooling unit worked well in a 700 square foot detached garage, but unfortunately it stopped working almost 3 years after purchase. I will be looking for a different brand that hopefully will last longer.

Initially, I was disappointed because the listing stated a 2-year warranty, but the book only mentioned a 90-day labor and 1-year parts warranty. However, everything else about the product is great. I had to visit the Impecca website to obtain a copy of the 2-year warranty, and now I am no longer disappointed. I mounted it through the wall in my workshop and it works great.
