I purchased 2 units and they arrived quickly and in good packaging. Unfortunately, there was minor damage to one of the cabinets, likely from being dropped. Installation was easy and they have been very efficient and surprisingly quiet for their size. The remote control is a great feature and they have been keeping my house at the perfect temperature even with constant use in Louisiana. Overall, I am very happy with them so far.
