I recently installed this air conditioner in my kitchen window and it has effectively cooled my entire main level, which is roughly 900 square feet. Despite several days with temperatures over 90��, this unit kept my house comfortably below 70��. In fact, my girlfriend and daughter even complained about being too cold, so I jokingly suggested they go outside. I did notice a small dent in the side of the unit, but it was easily fixed compared to some of the other reviews I've seen.

The air conditioner works great in cooling my 1900 Sq. Ft. space comfortably. I found the instructions unclear, so I recommend looking up the insulation video on YouTube.
