I purchased this product again because it has been reliable and user-friendly. The first one I bought has been running smoothly for 10 years. It is easy to use, simply set the desired temperature and it does the rest. The remote control is easy to understand and the unit itself is uncomplicated. I initially bought one for my shed and then purchased a second one for my garage. I have not experienced any issues with it.

The new refrigerants in this item don't provide the same level of cooling as R22. I replaced my central unit for the living room with this one and it's working well. The thermostat isn't very accurate, but it still keeps the room cool and is more cost-effective to operate than running the central unit. The remote text is too small for me to read, even with glasses. So far, so good. I also moved a 10,000 BTU unit to the bedroom, and I should have chosen a larger one. It seems to run a lot, but it's still cheaper than using the old central unit.
