The unit works really well and is easy to install. It's the perfect size to cool a small house or trailer, and we haven't had any problems with it.

I can't believe how well this product has held up. I've been using it for at least 10 years, running it at least 12 hours a day during the warm months in the southern climate, and it's still going strong. I originally bought it as a backup, but it's become my go-to option.

This unit has a significantly lower noise level compared to other inexpensive window units. It has made a huge difference in my home office, as the reduced noise allows me to focus on Zoom calls all day. Additionally, I appreciate the more upward airflow, which cools the room more evenly without blowing directly on me. Overall, it's a great design and performs exceptionally well.

I have a one bedroom and this system can cool my place down to 68 degrees. It is certainly loud, but at this price point, it gets the job done. The installation process was fairly easy, as I was able to do it myself.
