Effective and efficient

I am very impressed with this unit. I did a lot of research on Impecca since I was not familiar with the brand, and I am very happy with its performance. It effectively cools my entire downstairs and I would definitely recommend it. Additionally, it operates very quietly, which is a great bonus.

Upgrading my 50 year old AC

I recently replaced an old White Westing House AC unit in my apartment, which has been in the building since it opened 50 years ago. The new unit has 220 volt horizontal prongs and I was able to easily install it myself using the kit that came with everything I needed. As a 28 year old woman, I consider myself fairly handy. The AC cools my 560sqft studio nicely, especially since I live on the top floor. I appreciate the timer feature, as it allows me to leave it on for my cats while I'm at work on hot days.

This air conditioner fits perfectly into the wall sleeve and effectively cools my kitchen, dining room, and living room. I appreciate the energy-saving and dry air features, and found it easy to install. The noise level is not a bother, and the remote works well.

I purchased this item because it fit the wall opening and has a remote. It's mediocre, but unfortunately, it arrived with a broken trim. Dealing with the replacement process was incredibly frustrating, to the point where I ultimately gave up. I wouldn't purchase it again, particularly not from Amazon.

After using the same model for 3 years, I had to replace it because the old one started to emit a burning smell. I ordered a new one with 2-day shipping, but it didn't arrive on time. I contacted seller multiple times and they refunded all my fees. The new AC works well, although it's a bit noisy. It fits perfectly in the casing that came with my home, but it's quite heavy at 110 pounds so keep that in mind when it's delivered. Installation was easy and overall, it's a good and reliable unit.

This air conditioner is fantastic and has a great appearance. It fit perfectly in our wall with no gaps, so we didn't need to use any foam. It effectively cools down our two upstairs bedrooms with the bathroom door closed. We are very pleased with our purchase.
