The A/C arrived promptly, was easy to install, and is working perfectly. Just be careful with the 230v, as it doesn't have the standard plug-in.

The air conditioning unit was purchased for added cooling in a Las Vegas, NV bedroom and installed with a wall sleeve as directed. The 12,000 btu 230v unit is very loud, with a plastic face frame and noticeable rattling. The compressor kicks on and off with a loud thud, making it difficult to sleep through the night. Considering a mini-split system may be a better option, despite the higher cost. It is likely that the unit will be returned.

The AC unit was purchased and installed in July 2022 and was only used occasionally for 2 months. When we turned it on to test, it was very noisy. There is only a month left on the warranty and the first technician said it was the internal bearings, but he couldn't fix it. We are now waiting for a second visit from an Impecca technician. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. This AC unit is of poor quality and I will not be buying anything from Impecca again.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. It fits perfectly in my old sleeve and was easy to install, taking only 30 minutes to put together. The remote looks different from the description, but it works well and the noise level is quiet compared to my old Whirlpool unit. I have yet to see the energy saving benefits, but I would highly recommend this wall unit A/C to anyone in the market for one.
