I donated a unit to them and together, we installed it. This unit has been effective in keeping the pantry comfortable during the hottest parts of the day, making it easier for volunteers and ensuring the quality of the food items. The air conditioner appeared to be suitable, but unfortunately, it did not function properly for me. It was my error for not recognizing that it requires a 220v outlet, not a standard one, which prevented it from blowing cold air. It may work well with the correct setup.

This 115 Volt AC Unit was supposed to be more energy-efficient but I didn't notice any difference in my energy bill. However, the installation cost was higher and I wouldn't do it again. The Impecca AC Unit looks nice and the in-wall installation is also pleasing. It's quite heavy, weighing almost 80 lbs, but I used a two bar support unit which worked well. Despite my initial complaints, after two months the noise became unnoticeable. Overall, I would give it four stars.

This unit is really effective once it's installed, but the installation process is a bit more involved. It requires punching through the wall and having a 115V power supply ready, unlike other units that can run on 120V. However, overall it's a great unit.

This AC unit was a perfect addition to my garage, which can get really hot during the summer. It cools the 400 square foot space nicely with its 3 cooling modes and 3 fan speeds. The remote control and timer make it easy to adjust the temperature, especially when I'm taking a break from yard work. The remote also acts as a thermometer, sending signals to the AC unit to keep it cooling or to kick off. The front filter is easy to access for maintenance.

However, I want to mention that this is an in-wall unit, so installation requires purchasing a sleeve and doing quite a bit of work including cutting through the wall and installing a frame and sleeve. It also requires a 115V outlet, so you may need to hire a professional for installation.

Overall, I'm very impressed with this AC unit and would recommend it to others. It does exactly what it says it will do, and I'm giving it 5/5 stars.

This new unit is a direct replacement for the one in our condo. We had a 10K BTU unit before, but upgraded to the next highest and it's made a big difference. Our electric bill has actually gone down because the new unit doesn't run constantly like the old one did. Plus, the remote control is a great feature that we love!

This product is not worth buying. Before purchasing, look for a different item. My experience with it is that it doesn't cool as much as I had hoped, even though I just bought it.
