I bought the 12k BTU 115v 6-15 plug unit almost a month ago and it arrived in about a week via UPS. It was well packed and came with all the necessary components. The installation was easy and it fit perfectly in my sleeve with a little extra space. The operation of the unit is excellent, and it cools very nicely with plenty of features including a remote. Compared to my previous nightmare experience with Frigidaire units, the Impecca brand has been a dream. I love the many great features and functions it offers. The price was also right for the size and quality of the unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend it to others.

I purchased an air conditioner assuming it included the outside box, but I didn't realize that the box had to be purchased separately. If it comes with a screen for the outside, it won't work without the outside box.

Don't try to install it yourself. It's best to hire someone to do it because it's not an easy job. Also, it's a bit loud, so you won't be able to sleep while it's working.

We've been using this item for about a month now and it's part of our daily routine. It was easy to install and our space is about 600 sq. ft. spread across two rooms. The only downside is that it is quite loud. The A/C turns on and off automatically to maintain the temperature, which is a nice feature, but the noise level is such that we have to turn the TV up to the maximum and it's difficult to have a conversation within 10' - 15' of the A/C.

I purchased a total of 11 Impecca through-the-wall ACs (10k and 12K BTU) and have had them in use in Southern California for the past 2 years. So far, I haven't experienced any issues with them.

The AC is performing well and fits nicely in the space where our old wall unit was installed. Due to its weight, it may require assistance during installation. It is slightly noisier than our smaller window units, but this is to be expected for a model of this size. The controls and remote are easy to use.
