I received my delivery on time. However, installation is not a one-man job. Make sure to measure twice and cut once, and consider getting a professional to help. Overall, it's a great unit for my mom's house!

This unit replaced the old Frigidaire 12,000 BTU unit perfectly. I appreciate the remote control capabilities. It works well and keeps the space cool. It could be a bit quieter, but I'm not sure if any of these units are quiet.

The air conditioner cools effectively and has a strong blower. The low fan setting feels more like medium, medium feels like high, and high feels like super high. It's noisier than I expected and adjusting the louvers to direct air up is difficult. The follow-me remote needs to be in line-of-sight with the unit, which limits its usefulness for me. It comes with enough insulation for most wall sleeves, but the instructions are a bit lacking. The compressor start is a bit noisy. Overall, it effectively cools a 1-bedroom apartment of 525 sq. ft.
