Initially, I was hesitant to purchase this item due to the lack of positive reviews. However, my husband and I successfully installed the air-conditioner without much difficulty, although it is quite heavy. I am impressed with the design and performance of the product and would highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this air conditioner brand, which was new to me. It worked extremely well in my spacious loft apartment, cooling the space quickly and effectively. It was also lightweight and easy to install and remove. I had never heard of this brand before, but I am very happy with my experience using it.

This unit is performing well. It provides cold air and has a powerful fan. The additional features, such as the ability to move fresh air around and act as a dehumidifier, are handy. It is a great value for the price, as other similar units were much more expensive. It was easy to install, but it is heavy and may require assistance. Be sure to measure your AC sleeve to ensure it will fit properly.

This air conditioning unit works well and cools efficiently. However, it does not come with a sleeve and the trim it comes with does not fit properly. I would caution against ordering it without knowing exactly what you're getting. Lessons learned the hard way.

This unit is slightly dented and damaged, but it still seems to work fine. It's as noisy as a motel unit and only moderately effective. It does cool the room on hot days, but not much else. My husband managed to replace our old unit with this one in a couple of hours, using the recommended sleeve and grill, with only a bit of difficulty. Yay!
