I bought this unit for an apartment I was working on and was surprised to find that it didn't come with the wall sleeve, which I had always received with previous air units. I had to order the sleeve separately for an additional $100, but it installed fine in the end.

I have three Impecca units, all purchased at different times. The first one has been cooling my back-bedroom and hallway since 2020 and has been consistently reliable for 30 months. I bought the second unit in March 2023 to replace a Koldfront AC that stopped working after 39 months. I plan to replace my remaining Koldfront with a third Impecca unit when it stops functioning. I have been very happy with the performance of the Impecca units - they are powerful, reliable, easy to clean, and relatively quiet. They fit nicely in the spaces previously occupied by other units and come with sufficient insulation to fill any gaps. I highly recommend them and don't see the need for an extended warranty, as they are unlikely to pose any problems until after the warranty ends.

This item does its job well. I saved $500 on my $100 electricity bill, making it worth not having to spend $800 on oil for my small house.

I'm not satisfied with the cooling area for the price of this AC. Although it has 12000 BTU, energy-saving features, and a timer, it doesn't cool as effectively as a typical 12000 BTU AC and it's quite heavy.

After a year of using the Impecca AC, I noticed that the starter does not cool the room enough. Otherwise, it works well with no noise.

The installation process was simple and they also provided extra materials to seal the AC. I hope that it will remain effective for a long time.
