I purchased two of these units separately for my 700 square foot apartment and they both arrived within 4 days, which was faster than expected. The unpacking and installation process went smoothly and the units are quieter than my old GE units. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience so far and will provide an update if anything changes.

Although I typically don't leave product reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience with the Impecca in-the-wall air conditioner. It arrived three days earlier than expected, and the packaging was excellent with clear installation instructions and plenty of foam for sealing. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and efficient the cooling system is, as well as the slim and easy-to-use remote control.

I had a problem with my air conditioner, which was turning off by itself after almost 3 months of use. I contacted support, who handles Impecca warranties, and they asked me to do some troubleshooting. When that didn't work, I reached out to them again and they promptly sent me a new air conditioner, which I received the next day. They even provided a shipping label for me to return the defective unit. I am very impressed with the service I received from Impecca and will definitely purchase their products again in the future. Taylor provided great customer service as well.

The AC works perfectly and really gives cool air, even in medium mode. The only issue I've noticed so far is that the remote doesn't work, even though the battery is properly installed. I will check the remote again one of these days, maybe I am missing something.

The remote buttons are too flat to feel in the dark, and it's a bit loud, but I still love it! It quickly cools off my bedroom and can even cool other parts of my apartment if I leave the bedroom door open. Definitely worth the money. The installation was pretty easy, and it comes with all the proper foam for support.

The new AC performed exceptionally well during the recent heat wave. I didn't give it a 4 because it was a bit noisier than I would have preferred. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

This AC unit works as advertised. I followed the recommended steps to mount it in my garage using the suggested sleeve. However, I would caution against installing it yourself if you are not confident with load bearing walls. It is not as simple as just making a hole and sliding the sleeve in; reinforcing the area where I cut a stud was necessary. It's important to know what you're doing, have someone who does, or hire a professional for installation. I've attached photos of my installation and it has been keeping my garage at a reasonable temperature in 110-degree weather.
