This item works really well, especially the remote which is a great feature. It's recommended to have a qualified installer handle the installation, as it took six hours.

I purchased this air conditioner in April, well in advance of when I anticipated needing it. However, when the weather grew hot and humid, I was extremely disappointed with its performance. Despite being rated at 10,000 BTU, it only runs for short periods before shutting off, possibly to achieve a high EER. As a result, it does not effectively cool the room.
