I had a bit of a hassle with the first unit being lost in transit, but gave me a refund and I was able to reorder. It took an extra week to receive the second unit, which was frustrating since I pay for Prime for the fast shipping. However, the unit itself arrived undamaged and works really well. It's powerful enough to cool my 250 sq ft apartment and has a lot of useful features, including a great remote. The directions were surprisingly easy to understand. Just be aware that ordering may take longer than expected, so plan accordingly to avoid being without a cooling unit for a week!

This product is working great so far. It was well packaged and easy to install, and it operates very quietly. I'm planning on buying another one as soon as they are restocked.
