Design issue in window panels

The portable air conditioner unit comes with panels that need to be cut to fit window openings less than 31"��. When using panels 1 and 2 together, I still need to cut one of the panels to fit a 25"�� opening. However, this would block the exhaust hose opening. Customer service was helpful and is shipping a replacement panel, so I can use the unit in my other windows. The unit works well and is quiet, but some features on the remote don't work for the smaller model. Overall, it's a decent portable unit for windows larger than 31"��.

Noisy + Inadequate Cooling + Short Exhaust Hose

The apartment/condo we stayed in had an older design with a small window that only opened at the top, so the hose for the AC unit was very short. We had to improvise by using a dining chair so we didn't have to buy a longer hose. The AC unit is quite loud, but it actually helps me fall asleep. It doesn't get very cold, but it gets the job done.

This portable AC unit from Impecca performed well in a small room, but the compressor was too loud, making it unbearable for use in a bedroom. The previous models from Impecca and other brands seemed to be identical, and the noisy compressor was a major downside. I ultimately returned the unit and purchased one from a different brand, hoping that Impecca will improve their design and market research to bring a better product to the market.

I really love the features of this item, but unfortunately one of the casters was broken when I unboxed it and the bottom of the box was visibly damaged. I didn't have time to send it back, so I propped it up to make it level and it works great.
