I find this little unit a bit noisy, but it does a great job of bringing in really cold air. I was able to install it in about 8 minutes, even though it was my first time doing so. I make sure to clean the filter every 2-3 months, and it has been performing incredibly well. Overall, I really love it.

I've been using this portable AC all summer in my 32 ft RV. The original AC that came with the RV uses a lot of energy, so I only use it when it gets really hot. I haven't had to empty any water from this AC, but it would be simple to do so. I haven't used the dehumidifier feature, as I have a separate compact dehumidifier for very humid days. After lasting only 60 days, my product died. When I sought help online, I was directed to a non-English speaking representative for the dealer in a foreign country. The language barrier made it difficult to even communicate an email address. I considered returning the product but couldn't due to the language barrier. I was left with the options of throwing it away or getting it repaired commercially, so I chose the latter. It turned out that the problem was just a faulty power cord circuit breaker, which cost me an additional $100 to repair. I urge others not to deal with this company or any that have a similar customer service model.

The item is functional, but not very quiet. The power control is limited, with only low and high settings. Even on low, it is not as quiet as a Dyson air multiplier. The temperature control is not consistent, depending on the placement of the AC and airflow in the room. However, the thermostat works well. It is not recommended to run this in a small room while on a call, meeting, or streaming, as the noise can be distracting. Using noise removal on the app or phone can help reduce the noise, but it doesn't always work. It is suggested to replace the foam insulation occasionally, depending on the weather conditions.

This air conditioner is easy to install, quiet, and the remote works perfectly. We initially had a problem with the machine blowing hot air, but customer service, especially Marcia, was very helpful and we received a replacement within two days. The quality of the air conditioner is excellent and it efficiently cools a 500 sq.ft. room in just 10 minutes. We were so pleased with the first one that we bought two more. I highly recommend this product!

I find this item to be really convenient. The follow me function on the remote is a great feature because it adjusts the temperature based on where the remote is located, ensuring that the entire room is cooled evenly. My only issue is that I have to drain both the top and lower tanks about once a week, even when using the AC mode. The humidity has been between 44% and 55% lately.

Tried using this in a closet to help cool my central unit, but it ended up causing the central unit to run more due to the heat. I believe it would work better in a room where the heat from the exhaust tube can dissipate more. However, it did effectively cool the large room it was intended for.Overall, it will work great for cooling.

This item is absolutely perfect. It works flawlessly right out of the box and it gets incredibly cold. I have one in every bedroom, and the largest one in my master bedroom, which is 20x30, blows cold air. I even sleep in a goose down comforter because I love how cold it keeps the room. Plus, on AC mode, you don't have to worry about draining it like you do on fan mode because it condenses the air/water for you. It even cools off my living room, dining room, and half of the kitchen. It's essentially a perfect ice box.
