This product is just like a microwave. It is working really well up to this point and provides good value.

I find the rotary dial easy to use, but I do not like that the numbers are hard to read.

I purchased this microwave for a family member who is visually impaired and she really enjoys it because of its simplicity. It heats food quickly and effectively, and the dials make it easy for her to use. I would absolutely buy this for my elderly grandmother.

The microwave is about medium size. Meaning it's not too big and not too small. I bought this for my Grandma because her really old one finally died and it was similar to this one. She doesn't like the microwaves with all the buttons and needs something easy to use. The turn style is hard to find but I finally found this one that was also reasonably priced. No problems so far but will update if necessary. Overall a great microwave.

Love this microwave. I bought it for my 91 year old mom that was having difficulty using the microwave she has had for years. We set the top knob and put tape on it so she could not move it. She just turns the bottom dial to 1 to warm up her food and its working perfect.

Simple/traditional dial controls rather than the digital controls. My mother has Alzheimer's and this works well.

Got this for my 91 year old grandmother because she couldnt figure out how to shut her other one off when she accidentally pushed too many buttons. It works well reheating her food without stressing her out.

Just like all the other reviewer; I purchased this for a 94, independent mom. Dials , what a concept. Works just as expected. And zero learning curve or fear from pushing buttons that cannot be seen.
Best controls and Excellent price. Yes, it only came in its own box, but it is built to ship and caused no issues.. Sorry about all the extra spaces ;-) I need a new keyboard to review.
