The microwave was purchased for a person with impaired vision - legally blind. He was unable to see the buttons on a flat screen control panel. This microwave has only two knobs which are manually detectible. He only needs to rotate the timing knob clockwise to operate the microwave. A simplistic appliance usable by individuals with restricted abilities.

Mom couldn't manage my large convection/microwave that has tons of buttons. I bought this for her. We keep it on a small stand next to her chair to allow her to heat up things herself. Despite a short-term memory loss, she is able to use this successfully. I did use a magic marker to indicate the 50% marker to encourage consistency. She loves it, I love it. She's 101.

Gr8 looking Easy Use!
If it does not cause safety or collision hazard LEAVE MICROWAVE DOOR OPEN SOME AFTER USE!
ALLOWS EMITTERS TO DRY AIR OUT BEFORE NEXT USE!
Last microwave worked fine till I started heating water for coffee in pyrex measuring cup to put in french press. Steam moisture build up started causing microwave to get electric burning smell and sparks. Next microwave started leaving door open as it sits on a small exclusive counter. No problems now as it dries and evaporates steam inbetween use! Also dont heat to boiling only hot enough to do job so reduces steam production.
SO IF NO COLLISION HAZARD....
LEAVE MICROWAVE DOOR OPEN SOME TO EVAPORATE MOISTURE AND WONT BURN OUT MICROWAVE!!!
