This compact Microwave is both powerful and visually appealing. However, it is difficult to accurately set the timer for less than a minute using the dial.

This product was purchased for a blind individual. The rotary dials make it more convenient to set the time and temperature. It would be beneficial if there were other models with a rotary option. Not everyone has the ability to see, and flat screen controls are not practical for those with vision impairment.

My elderly mother needed a microwave with a dial control, and this one is perfect for her. It has no buttons to press and no LED screen to read, making it easy for her to use.

My 80 year old stepfather finds it easy to use. He was stumped by the built in one above the stove, so I ordered this one for him. I can't speak for durability yet,since I received it last week, but so far, so good.
