I was initially pleased with this microwave, as I preferred the simplicity of its function - just turn the dial and you're set. However, I have encountered a couple of issues that have made me reconsider my satisfaction. Firstly, the lack of a light when the door is open has proven to be an inconvenience, as I often prefer not to turn on the kitchen light. Additionally, the inability to clean the inside of the window due to the non-removable metal screen is frustrating, especially since steam buildup only worsens the problem. Overall, these drawbacks have led me to the decision to purchase a different microwave.

After just 2 months of use, the microwave unexpectedly stopped heating, and the only option was to return it to Amazon. This was inconvenient and disappointing, as the product was defective and unable to properly pop popcorn.

I originally bought this microwave for my elderly mother because it had simple controls. However, she didn't like it so I gave her my old one and kept this for myself. I find that I love it - I can simply twist the dial to cook my food without needing to program or push any buttons. The only issue I have encountered is that it's hard to set short cooking times, as all minutes on the dial are the same size. I wish the first two minutes were bigger so I could set it more accurately for shorter cooking times. Other than that, I am very happy with it. It comes in 750 watt and 1100 watt versions, and I have found that the 750 watt works fine for frozen meals without needing to adjust the cooking times.

This microwave is exactly what I need in terms of power and size. It may not be much, but I am extremely satisfied with it. I've been using it for about 8 weeks now and I couldn't be happier.

This microwave has been in use for about 2 weeks and so far, it's working well. My 92-year-old father has limited eyesight and hand coordination issues. He struggled with using the buttons on his old microwave, so I taped the power dial to High and now he only needs to turn the lower knob to start it. It's great to see him feel independent when he wants to make tea or warm something up. It replaced our old 1200 watt Panasonic microwave, which we nicknamed Chernobyl, but this one has enough wattage for my father's needs, heating up a mug of water in about 90 seconds. I would give it a 5-star rating, but it could be sturdier and made with better materials. Overall, it's just an average machine, not like a Commercial one.

This microwave was perfect for our elderly family member who needed something easy to use.

I like the fact that this is strictly mechanical. No electronics to go out. Just turn a knob for the heat setting and cook time and that's it. It's small, but just right for me. A popcorn bag is probably the largest thing I will put in it.
