I am very happy with the unit! It cools my bedroom very well. We have experienced several days of 120 degrees and many more days of 118 degrees, but the unit continues to cool effectively.

I've had this AC unit for a few weeks now and it's been excellent so far! The mobile app works really well and allows me to control the unit remotely from anywhere. I live in a 650 square foot mobile home in a very sunny area, and I'm usually away for most of the day. I typically turn the unit on 15 minutes before I get home, setting it to 76 degrees and ECO mode. When I arrive, the temperature is just right and the unit doesn't have to work hard to maintain it. Although I probably could have gotten the 10,000 btu unit, I opted for the 12,000btu one. The noise level is quite low, with the fan being barely noticeable. I anticipate that it will be cost-effective because the compressor doesn't have to constantly cycle. I'll keep an eye on the energy usage as the summer heat sets in. Overall, I'm hoping for many years of reliable performance from this AC unit.

The unit is priced very well and it cools perfectly. I purchased the WiFi model but have not been able to program it yet.
