I've had this AC unit for a few weeks now and it's been excellent so far! The mobile app works really well and allows me to control the unit remotely from anywhere. I live in a 650 square foot mobile home in a very sunny area, and I'm usually away for most of the day. I typically turn the unit on 15 minutes before I get home, setting it to 76 degrees and ECO mode. When I arrive, the temperature is just right and the unit doesn't have to work hard to maintain it. Although I probably could have gotten the 10,000 btu unit, I opted for the 12,000btu one. The noise level is quite low, with the fan being barely noticeable. I anticipate that it will be cost-effective because the compressor doesn't have to constantly cycle. I'll keep an eye on the energy usage as the summer heat sets in. Overall, I'm hoping for many years of reliable performance from this AC unit.

I purchased the 12,000 BTU unit, and I am extremely impressed with its power. In my previous rental with zero installation and single paned windows, it effectively cooled my huge kitchen and even helped to cool off the living room and bedrooms. In my current rental, the upstairs gets very hot, but having the unit in my bedroom makes it so cold that I had to turn on a heated blanket for my tiny dog! I appreciate the eco setting and the ability to set a specific temperature. While it may be a bit loud, it is to be expected from an AC unit or large fan. The price for this level of BTUs is reasonable compared to others, and I am very satisfied with how quickly and effectively it works. I am happy that I chose this unit.

Just replaced my old 10,000 BTU GE unit with this 12,000 one. It's almost the same size, so the in-wall installation was easy. It blows much colder air than the old unit and the high speed is much stronger. The controls are easy to understand and the remote control works perfectly. I haven't tried the WIFI yet, but I'm totally satisfied with this AC unit.

This unit effectively cools our bedroom, meeting my wife's preference for a low nighttime temperature. It cools the room quickly and works so well that we even use a thermal blanket and quilt on our bed, regardless of the outside temperature.

This weather forced us to buy a new cooling unit for our living room. The one we have in our room is effective, but it doesn't quite reach the living room, so we decided to get another one. This new unit works as advertised - it cools the room so well that we have to wrap up in a blanket. Our granddaughter loves cuddling up with her blanket, which always makes me laugh. We're considering purchasing another one for our kitchen next year.

I recently purchased this air conditioning unit and I'm very happy with it so far. You can feel the air across the room and it's not too loud, just like a decent box fan. I was initially worried about the water inside, but I discovered that newer AC units don't need drainage holes and it actually helps them work more efficiently. If too much water builds up, it just drains out the back. I'm definitely happy with this purchase.

This item is not too loud, easy to connect to wifi, and I can use my tablet to control it. However, the app doesn't offer many options, and despite being labeled as 12000 btu, it only cools a medium-sized living/dining room effectively, feeling more like an 8000 btu unit.

This air conditioner definitely requires two people for installation. It quickly cooled down my apartment, which made me very satisfied. The noise level is low, similar to other window units. After installing new windows, I replaced my 30-year-old 18k A/C unit with this great unit. It can be easily installed and removed each year, and it keeps my living room, dining room, and kitchen very comfortable. The Wifi option on the 12k unit is very effective and a huge bonus in my opinion. Despite the outer shipping box being banged up, the unit was packed very well inside and arrived without a scratch. I highly recommend buying with confidence.

The eco mode is excellent and the app provides daily energy usage information, although the unit needs to be turned off to obtain this data. Setting up the WiFi is slow but it eventually works, and the app could be improved.

This air conditioner is terrible. My small 5000 BTU AC unit produces much colder air and effectively cools the room. If I hadn't purchased it too early in the year, I would return it and get a refund.
