The product is energy efficient and maintains the desired temperature, but the keys may have a shorter lifespan.

I purchased this freezer in July 2021 and initially noticed it was noisy, but I attributed it to its small size. After cleaning up the mess and contacting customer service, they promptly replaced the unit at no cost. The entire process, from contacting customer service to receiving the replacement, took less than 10 days. Every interaction with customer service was positive, and I would highly recommend this company and their products.

The freezer is excellent at maintaining temperature and is energy efficient. It works well as a second freezer and is easy to move. The only issue is the difficult-to-remove child danger sticker on the front. It took a lot of effort to get the sticky residue off, but it was worth it as the sticker is unnecessary. If the manufacturer feels the need to include the sticker, it should be easier to peel off and not leave residue behind.

I purchased two black 1.1 ft capacity freezers in July 2020. They arrived in perfect condition and have been excellent so far. They are located in my unheated and damp basement in the Wash DC area. The power used by the two freezers has not been noticeable according to daily readings of my electric meter. They maintain the set temperature of -6 degrees F. I have put four thermometers in different places in one of them and get uniform temperature readings in the air throughout the freezer. I open the doors about twice a week and just defrosted one for the first time, which was still at -6F. I have not experienced any issues that other reviewers have mentioned. However, I did notice a significant increase in the price since my purchase.

This product is alright, but it emits a buzzing noise every time it cools down. It can be distracting while I work.

I wish I had bought this sooner instead of trying to hide my food in the shared freezer. So far, it's working great.
