This freezer is perfect for Shelter-at-home time. It's not too big, but can store a lot of frozen food like eggos, chicken wings, and pastries. The temperature is stable and I'm really happy with my purchase. I gave it four stars because the box was ripped when it arrived, but it's not completely opened and can be easily opened if needed.

My recent purchase arrived severely damaged, despite the shipping container appearing intact. The manufacturer was unhelpful and refused to take any action. I am unable to return the item due to quarantine and physical limitations, and it seems unlikely that the manufacturer could resell the damaged product. It is disappointing that my attempts to resolve the issue directly with the manufacturer have been unsuccessful.

The freezer functions as expected, but it has a dent in the bottom corner that prevents it from being a perfect 5-star product. Despite this, I am happy with my purchase and consider it a keeper.

The refrigerator had excessive frost build up every 1.1-4 weeks due to a misaligned door. After discovering the problem and adjusting the door hinge, the issue was resolved and the refrigerator has not needed defrosting since.

This freezer is very compact and can hold a lot of frozen food, though it can't fit a large pizza box. It needs to be defrosted periodically, but otherwise runs quietly and works as described.

The refrigerator is functioning properly. It was delivered on time but was damaged during shipment. The back right corner was smashed. I chose to keep it because it doesn't seem to affect its mechanical functioning, rather than dealing with the hassle of returning it. I noticed other reviews also mentioned damage during delivery. It may not be worth the cost savings to have a small fridge shipped.

The product is nearly perfect, but there is a strong chemical smell inside that lingers for months. I have to wrap all of my food in thick layers or very airtight containers to prevent them from absorbing the taste and odor. Despite this, it has lots of space and a great size. I would give it 4 stars due to the chemical/freon odor.
