We purchased the freezer during the Covid shortages and it has been great. It holds a lot of food and has been sitting in the Arizona heat with no issues. It's the perfect size for two people and has helped with overflow from the kitchen freezer. It has held us over for a couple weeks after a big grocery shop. We only need to go to the store for milk and eggs. It's been six months and it's still working perfectly. We have no regrets.

The unit had some problems but Belle P. from customer service resolved them quickly and satisfactorily. I returned the problematic unit and Whyntner sent me a new freezer at no cost. Belle P. was always prompt in responding and resolving issues.

The product is of good quality.

The product arrived as scheduled and was unpacked to find dents on both sides above the condenser, making it impossible to level. Despite the damage, it was plugged in and found to still work, maintaining a constant temperature of '0' on the 1.1 setting. It is being used for additional food storage.

The freezer has some scuffs and scratches on the top, as if someone used an abrasive pad on it. The packaging was intact when it arrived, so it's surprising. It's also missing the cap for the door reversal hole on top. The keys were locked inside and I had to use security bits to open it, which was frustrating. It's disappointing and I would give it two stars.

The refrigerator arrived in good condition and was settled on a flat surface for several hours before being turned on. I followed the manufacturer's instructions for the initial setup, running the empty fridge at the maximum setting for at least 2 hours. It ran constantly for almost a day with very little breaks or cycling in between. After 24 hours, the fridge finally settled and now cycles properly. It is very quiet and deep freezes quite well even at low settings, even with a full load of meat. Initially, it draws up to 600W when the compressor turns on but normalizes to a very low 48 to 50 Watts during normal operation. It uses about 1kWh per day for me, so roughly $41.1 a year at 12 cents/kWh as the sticker tag suggests. Overall, it is a pretty decent small freezer. I will update if anything happens.

The product met our requirements.

This freezer is great. The only problem was having to defrost it quickly at first, but it hasn't been an issue since. Maybe when I first set it up, it caused more frost.
