During the beginning of the pandemic, I realized it would be a good idea to buy a freezer, but they were all sold out and few would deliver. I bought two Impecca freezers, which I had not heard of before. They have worked without issue for over 1.5 years and have proven to be well insulated, keeping our frozen food solidly frozen for up to 1.5 days without power.

The Freezer is working well so far and I plan on using it in my RV outside kitchen. It matches our smaller fridge perfectly. We also purchased a power inverter to hopefully keep it frozen during travel. It's the perfect size and holds a lot of extra items. I can easily fit four loaves of my low carb bread and a tub of smart carb ice cream. I'm pretty sure I can still add more.
