The Impecca microwave does not cook evenly, burning a hole in the center and on the edges of food. The fan is very loud, sounding like a jet engine on high and only slightly better on low. I have liked other Impecca products in the past, but I will be returning this one.

I really enjoy using this microwave. It has unique features that I have not seen in other microwaves before. The shelf is a great feature that allows me to heat up multiple items at once, and I appreciate that the timer continues running while using the microwave for other items. However, the shelf must be completely flat, as any tilting or touching of the sides of the microwave can cause sparks and damage to the interior. It would be helpful if there were clear warnings about this issue.
